Preparation
Step 1
Use cottage cheese of any fat content, soft and moist. Heat milk to warm, so yeast activates faster and dough rises better. Sift flour to aerate.

In a spacious bowl, pour warm milk, add yeast and sugar. Stir and let sit 1-2 minutes to activate yeast.
Step 3
Melt butter and add it with cottage cheese to the bowl.
Step 4
Separate yolks from whites and add yolks to the dough. Add salt. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Step 5
Gradually add sifted flour and begin kneading. Don’t add all flour at once; adjust to achieve proper dough consistency.
Step 6
Yeast curd dough should be soft, elastic, and non-sticky. Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours to rise.
Step 7
The dough will significantly increase in volume. Use it for pies, buns, or rolls.
