About 30 min.
Preparation
Step 1
I used turkey thigh, but you can also take fillet. Chicken can be used instead of turkey. Rinse the meat, pat dry, and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel the onion, garlic, and carrot. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the core with seeds. Rinse all vegetables and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Step 3
Dice the onion into small cubes, slice the peppers into thin strips or half-rings, press or finely chop the garlic, and grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the bowl of the multicooker and set it to the “Fry” mode. Sauté the vegetables, stirring, until soft.
Step 4
Add the turkey meat to the sautéed vegetables and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Stir occasionally so nothing burns.
Step 5
Meanwhile, remove the damaged outer leaves from the cabbage, rinse the head, and slice it into thin strips.
Step 6
Place the cabbage into the multicooker bowl.
Step 7
Grate the tomato on a coarse grater, discard the skin, and add the tomato to the other ingredients. Add your favorite seasonings and salt to taste. I used a pinch of khmeli-suneli, dried basil, and savory.
Step 8
Mix everything thoroughly and close the multicooker lid. Set it to the “Stew” mode and cook until the timer signal.
Step 9
Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped fresh herbs and add black pepper.
