Preparation
Step 1
To cook a delicious turkey soup with vermicelli and potatoes, start by preparing all the ingredients.

Place the turkey fillet in boiling salted water. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. When the fillet is cooked, add the potatoes.

Finely chop the dill.

Chop the onion into small pieces.

Grate the carrot on a fine grater.

Heat a skillet lightly greased with sunflower oil. Add the chopped onion.
