Preparation
Step 1
For the rolls, use boneless turkey fillet. Choose dry-cured bacon. Any cheese will work, as long as it grates easily and melts well.
Step 2
Cut the turkey fillet across into 2 parts and pound each piece with a meat mallet. The meat is very tender, so cover it with cling film while pounding to prevent tearing. Sprinkle with salt and spices, then let rest for a few minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare the filling: grate the cheese, finely chop the herbs, peel and press the garlic. Combine grated cheese, herbs, garlic, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Step 4
Spread the cheese filling on the pounded turkey, leaving a small border at the edges.
Step 5
Roll the turkey with the filling into rolls.
Step 6
Wrap the prepared rolls with bacon. The bacon keeps them in shape and prevents unrolling while baking. Use any heatproof baking dish, grease with oil, and place the rolls inside.
Step 7
Separately, mix cream with salt and spices.
Step 8
Pour the cream over the rolls and place the dish in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40-45 minutes. Adjust the time depending on your oven.
Step 9
The rolls will turn golden and appetizing, infused with cream and spices. Arrange on plates, add any side dish, and serve hot. Enjoy!
