Stew with Chicken in a Multicooker

Delicious, hearty, and easy to make! Stew with chicken in a multicooker comes out very tender and juicy. All ingredients soak up each other’s aromas and blend well together. You can also replace them with others to create new flavors.

Preparation
Step 1
You can adjust the proportions of vegetables to your taste and availability. Any part of the chicken can be used. I’ll be cooking with chicken thighs. Peel and wash the potatoes in advance.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Set the multicooker to the “Fry” mode and pour in a little vegetable oil. Place the chicken in the preheated bowl and fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Peel the onion and carrot. Wash the zucchini. Cut the vegetables into pieces. Slice the onion into half rings, the carrot into rounds. It’s best to use young zucchini without seeds.
