Soft Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls

Incredibly tasty, soft, and aromatic - they melt in your mouth! Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls are the queens of sweet buns. With delicate cream glaze, they taste divine, and baking them is much easier than it seems.

Preparation
Step 1
First, prepare all the necessary ingredients for making enriched dough with cottage cheese.
Step 2
For the dough, take a large bowl, pour in ¾ cup warm milk (200 ml), and crack in 1 egg. All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Step 3
Add 2¼ tsp instant dry yeast (7 g), 1 tsp vanilla sugar, 2 tbsp sugar (30 g), a pinch of salt, and 5 oz cottage cheese (150 g).
Step 4
Add 3 ½ cups sifted all-purpose flour (450 g) and 1 tsp baking powder.
Step 5
Knead the dough in the bowl for 5 minutes, then add 5 tbsp softened butter (70 g) and knead for another 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Step 6
Grease the slightly sticky dough with 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 7
After rising, place the dough on a lightly floured surface and stretch it into a rectangle.
Step 8
Dust lightly with flour and roll out with a floured rolling pin to about ¼ inch (0.5 cm) thickness.
Step 9
Melt 3½ tbsp butter (50 g) and brush evenly over the dough rectangle.
Step 10
In a small bowl, mix ¾ cup sugar (150 g) with ½ tsp cinnamon. Spread evenly over the buttered dough.
Step 11
Roll up the dough into a tight log, sealing the edges and adjusting the ends.
Step 12
Cut the log into 12 equal pieces and place the rolls on a floured baking sheet, leaving space between them. Let rise in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
Step 13
In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp warm milk (50 ml) and 1 egg. Brush over the risen rolls. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes.
Step 14
In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup sour cream (250 g) with ¼ cup powdered sugar (50 g). Generously drizzle the rolls with the cream sauce and return to the turned-off oven for 5 minutes.
Step 15
Remove the finished Cinnabon rolls from the oven, transfer to a plate, and serve warm.
