How to make skillet pasta with chicken breast? It’s very quick and easy. Prepare the necessary ingredients. It’s best to use pasta made from durum wheat - this makes the dish tastier and better for you.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken breast and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into small pieces.

Wash, peel, and finely chop the onion.
Step 4
Wash the carrot well, peel it with a vegetable peeler, and cut into small matchsticks/batons.
Step 5
Pour vegetable oil into a preheated skillet and add the chicken breast. Fry for 7 minutes.
Step 6
Add the onion and carrot to the meat and cook for about 2 minutes more, stirring.
Step 7
Pour in water, add spices, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Step 8
Add the pasta and stir. Bring back to a boil, then cover with a lid. Lower the heat and cook until done. The exact cooking time is always given by the manufacturer. I used penne; the package said 10-11 minutes, but I removed the skillet from the heat after 8 minutes because I like the pasta al dente.
