Besides pork, any other type of meat can be used in this dish. Keep in mind that cooking time, taste, and calorie content will vary. For example, beef takes longer to cook than pork, while chicken breast or turkey cook faster.
Preparation
Step 1
You can use any meat for the salad – pork, beef, chicken, or turkey. This recipe uses pork. Choose boneless, lean meat. Corn can be canned, fresh, or boiled.
Step 2
Boil the eggs in advance. Place them in cold water, bring to a boil, then cook for 7–8 minutes. Drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Peel the cooled eggs.

Cut the meat into thin strips.

Peel the onion, rinse it in cold water, and slice it into half-rings or smaller.
Step 5
Heat a skillet well, then add a little vegetable oil. Once hot, add the sliced meat and fry for 5–7 minutes until it begins to brown.

Add the onion to the meat. Continue frying everything together for another 2–3 minutes until the onion softens. Season with salt and spices to taste.

Remove the fried meat from the skillet and let it cool.
Step 8
Slice the boiled eggs into thin strips or any shape you prefer, then add them to the meat.

Drain the liquid from the canned corn and add the corn to the salad.

Add mayonnaise and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Chill the salad in the fridge for a while.
