Table
Table of volume measurements:
- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and rinse the potatoes in advance. Minced meat can be any type; I used pork. Mushrooms can be chosen to taste - champignons, oyster mushrooms, or boiled forest mushrooms like mine. I store boiled mushrooms in the freezer; just defrost if needed.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry the chopped onion with mushrooms for 5-7 minutes. Mushrooms will release juice - wait until it evaporates and they begin to brown slightly. Lightly salt the mushrooms.
Step 3
In another skillet, fry the minced meat until its color changes and juices evaporate. Season with a little salt and spices to taste.
Step 4
Combine the fried mushrooms and minced meat.
Step 5
Wash the tomatoes, cut in half, and remove stems. Cut 2 tomatoes into pieces. Rinse and chop herbs. Add tomatoes and herbs to the bowl with minced meat and mushrooms. Add a little garlic pressed through a garlic press. Mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Any oven-safe dish will work for baking; I use ceramic. Grease the bottom and sides of the dish with vegetable oil. Slice the potatoes into rounds and spread evenly over the bottom of the dish.
Step 7
Spread the filling of mushrooms and minced meat over the potatoes. Spread sour cream over the surface.
Step 8
Slice the remaining tomato and arrange on top of the casserole. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes. This will cook the ingredients thoroughly, and the potatoes will be tender.
Step 9
Remove the casserole from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
