Easy
More than 1 hour.
Preparation
Step 1
The best cut for baking is pork ham or loin - boneless and slightly fatty. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, and mustard. Add salt and spices, then stir. Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 400°F).
Step 2
Slice the pork into several sections, but don’t cut all the way through - the pieces should stay connected at the base.
Step 3
Rub the meat thoroughly with the prepared sauce, making sure to coat every cut. Let it rest for a while; if possible, marinate for 1-2 hours.
Step 4
While the meat marinates, peel the onion and garlic, and wash the tomatoes. Slice the cheese, tomatoes, and onion. Cut the garlic into 2-4 pieces.
Step 5
Prepare a sheet of foil and place the meat on it. Fill the cuts with slices of cheese, onion, tomato, and garlic.
Step 6
Wrap the meat tightly in the foil and place it on a baking tray or in a metal dish. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 1.5 hours. About 15 minutes before the end of baking, open the foil to let the meat brown. Baking time may vary depending on your oven.
Step 7
Remove the cooked pork from the foil, transfer to a plate, and serve. It tastes great both hot and cold. Enjoy your meal!
