Easy
About 20 min.
Preparation
Step 1
Choose boneless pork. Pork ham or pork loin works well. Sour cream of any fat content may be used. Choose cheese to your taste.
Step 2
Slice the pork across the grain into portions about 0.4-0.6 inches (1-1.5 cm) thick. Lightly tenderize each piece with a meat mallet.
Step 3
Use any ovenproof baking dish. Grease it with vegetable oil and place the tenderized meat inside. Sprinkle with salt and spices - ground pepper will be enough.
Step 4
Grate the cheese. Set a little aside for topping. Finely chop the parsley. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix cheese, sour cream, parsley, and garlic together.
Step 5
Spread the resulting cheese mixture evenly over the prepared pieces of meat.
Step 6
Wash the tomatoes and slice them into rounds. Lay the tomato slices over the meat.
Step 7
Sprinkle with the grated cheese that was set aside. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C). Bake for about 35-40 minutes. Time may vary depending on your oven.
Step 8
During baking, juice will appear in the dish, some of which will evaporate. The cheese will melt and brown slightly. Remove the finished meat from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy!
