About 20 min.
Preparation
Step 1
To make pasta in sour cream sauce with mushrooms, prepare the necessary ingredients. You can use any kind or shape of pasta. The mushrooms can also be any kind. I used wild mushrooms that were gathered during mushroom season, boiled, and frozen. The sour cream can be of any fat content. But if the sour cream is thick, you will need a little water to thin it out.
Step 2
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package until done. Then drain it in a colander and let the water run off.
Step 3
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Peel the onion and rinse it in cold water. Finely chop the peeled onion and fry it in a hot skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil for 2–3 minutes, until the onion becomes translucent.
Step 4
Before frying, the mushrooms need to be thawed and the excess liquid drained off. Then add the mushrooms to the skillet with the onion and fry everything together for 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
If the sour cream is thin, you can add it directly to the skillet. If it is thick, dissolve it in a small amount of water first. Peel and mince the garlic.
Step 6
Add the sour cream, a little salt, and the minced garlic to the skillet with the mushrooms. Bring everything to a boil together.
Step 7
Then add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mix everything well, and heat through. Remove the finished dish from the heat, divide it among plates, and serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
