- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients and spices. Cut 900 g of slightly chilled pork tenderloin into slices about ⅜ inch thick.
Step 2
Place the pork slices on a cutting board, cover with plastic wrap and pound each piece well on both sides with a meat mallet.
Step 3
Pound the edges of the pork as well, then season the pieces with salt to taste and 1 teaspoon garlic pepper. Rub the seasoning evenly over both sides.
Step 4
Place the seasoned pork on a large plate and leave it for a short while to absorb the flavors.
Step 5
Thinly slice 3 large peeled potatoes into a deep bowl. Season with salt and potato seasoning to taste and mix well.
Step 6
Pour about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over the potatoes and mix thoroughly.
Step 7
For the sauce, place 200 g mayonnaise in a small bowl, add dried parsley and dill to taste and mix.
Step 8
Add a little boiled water to the mayonnaise mixture and stir until smooth and slightly thinner.
Step 9
Lightly grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and arrange the seasoned potato slices in individual portions.
Step 10
Spread half of the prepared mayonnaise sauce over the potatoes.
Step 11
Cut 2 onions into half-rings and distribute half of them over the potatoes and sauce.
Step 12
Place one piece of pork over each portion and cover with the remaining onion.
Step 13
Spread the remaining mayonnaise sauce evenly over the pork portions.
Step 14
Cut 2 tomatoes into thin rounds and arrange them over the top. Bake in an oven preheated to 400°F for about 40 minutes, until the pork is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender.
Step 15
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and generously sprinkle each portion with finely grated hard cheese. Turn off the oven and return the dish for about 5 minutes, until the cheese melts.
Step 16
Remove the finished pork and vegetables from the oven, transfer the portions to plates and serve hot.
Step 17
The dish is ready to serve.
