Oven-Baked Frozen Vegetables
A quick diet-friendly side dish. A real storehouse of vitamins! Oven-baked frozen vegetables stay slightly crisp inside instead of becoming overcooked. This dish is easy and fast to make. It goes well with many main dishes made with meat, fish, or chicken.

Preparation
Step 1
How do you bake frozen vegetables in the oven? Very easily! Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can use absolutely any frozen vegetables.
Step 2
Take the frozen vegetables out of the freezer, rinse them with room-temperature water, and place them in a colander. This will help remove the frost crystals. There is absolutely no need to thaw the vegetables completely. I used a mix of Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, green beans, peas, and carrots. But in fact, the mix can be anything: bell peppers, corn, potatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, and much more.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil. This will help prevent the vegetables from sticking to the bottom. Spread the vegetables out in the dish so they cook evenly.
Step 4
Drizzle the vegetables on top with a small amount of sunflower oil. This will keep them from drying out during cooking and make them look more appetizing and glossy. If you prefer olive oil, feel free to replace the sunflower oil with it.
Step 5
Season the vegetables on top with salt and pepper to taste, add your favorite spices if desired, and place the dish into an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes. The time is approximate and will depend on how your oven works, so use the appearance of the vegetables and your preferred softness as a guide. I like them when they stay a little crisp inside.
