About 1 hour.
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Place 500 grams (about 1.1 lb) of cottage cheese into a deep bowl and add 200 grams (about 1 cup) of sugar.
Step 3
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the bowl.
Step 4
Add 250 grams (about 1 cup) of sour cream to the bowl.
Step 5
Blend all ingredients in the bowl with a blender until smooth.
Step 6
Place 30 grams (about 1 oz) of gelatin into a saucepan and pour in 200 ml (about ¾ cup plus 1 tablespoon) of milk. Put the saucepan on the stove.
Step 7
Heat gently while stirring, dissolving the gelatin over low heat. Remove the saucepan from the stove and let it cool for 2 minutes.
Step 8
Add a little of the cottage cheese mixture into the saucepan with the gelatin mixture.
Step 9
Mix all ingredients in the saucepan thoroughly.
Step 10
Pour the mixture from the saucepan back into the bowl with the remaining cottage cheese mixture.
Step 11
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl with a mixer until smooth.
Step 12
Peel and cut 2 kiwis into large pieces, and place them into a silicone mold.
Step 13
Pour the prepared cottage cheese-gelatin mixture over the kiwi in the mold.
Step 14
Spread the mixture evenly by gently tapping the mold and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 15
Pour 300 ml (about 1¼ cups) of water into a deep bowl and add 100 grams (about 3.5 oz) of kiwi-flavored jelly powder.
Step 16
Mix the jelly with water thoroughly using a whisk, and set the bowl aside to let it bloom.
Step 17
Pour the bloomed jelly into a saucepan.
Step 18
Place the saucepan on the stove and, while stirring, heat gently to dissolve the jelly over low heat.
Step 19
Strain the jelly into a bowl, then set it aside for 10 minutes to cool.
Step 20
Peel and slice 2 kiwis into thin rounds. Remove the mold with the dessert from the refrigerator and lay the kiwi slices evenly on top of the set cottage cheese layer.
Step 21
Pour a small amount of cooled jelly over the top of the dessert to secure the kiwi slices, then chill for 10 minutes. After that, pour the remaining jelly over the dessert and return it to the fridge.
Step 22
Once set, remove the dessert from the refrigerator, carefully take it out of the mold, place it on a plate, slice it into portions, and serve.
