No-Bake Gelatin, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Curd, and Sour Cream Cake

Preparation
Step 1
How do you make a no-bake cake with gelatin and sweetened condensed milk? Prepare the necessary ingredients for a tasty curd-and-sour-cream cake.
Step 2
Pour 40 g gelatin into a bowl, then add 200 ml room-temperature milk and mix well. Set aside to bloom for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Put 400 g sour cream into a deep bowl. Add 1 tsp vanilla sugar and mix, then add 400 g sweetened condensed milk.
Step 4
Mix everything with a mixer until smooth.
Step 5
Add 600 g curd to a bowl, then add 4 tbsp of the sour-cream mixture.
Step 6
Blend the curd with a blender until smooth.
Step 7
Pour the sour-cream mixture into the bowl with the curd and mix well until uniform.
Step 8
Transfer the fully bloomed gelatin to a small saucepan.
Step 9
Place the saucepan on the stove and heat over medium heat, stirring, until the gelatin dissolves completely. Then let it cool slightly.
Step 10
Add 1 heaping tablespoon of the curd mixture to the saucepan and mix well.
Step 11
Pour the gelatin mixture from the saucepan into the bowl with the curd mixture and stir with a spoon.
Step 12
Beat all ingredients with a mixer until smooth.
Step 13
Put half of the prepared curd mixture into a suitable mold and spread it into an even layer.
Step 14
Sprinkle 3 tbsp chocolate corn balls (chocolate cereal balls) over the curd layer.
Step 15
Distribute the chocolate balls evenly in the mold.
Step 16
Add half a chocolate bar, broken into pieces, to the bowl with the remaining curd mixture and mix well.
Step 17
Spread the chocolate curd mixture over the chocolate balls in the mold in an even layer.
Step 18
For convenience, place the silicone mold into a suitable bowl.
Step 19
Cover the mold with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
Step 20
After 40 minutes, remove the cake from the refrigerator and carefully unmold it, then decorate the top as you like.
