Easy
About 10 min.
Preparation
Step 1
For cooking, I will use champignons. They can be any size. Small mushrooms can be left whole. Choose cheese to your taste.
Step 2
Peel the onion, rinse under cold water, and chop finely. Heat a pan, add a little vegetable oil, and fry the onion for 1-2 minutes until translucent.
Step 3
Rinse mushrooms well under running water. Add small mushrooms whole to the pan with onions. Cut large ones into 2-4 pieces (no need to cut very small, they shrink). Fry with onions for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle mushrooms with flour. Add salt and spices to taste. Mix everything well.
Step 5
Prepare a baking dish (glass, silicone, or ceramic). Transfer mushrooms from the pan into the dish. Pour cream over them.
Step 6
Make sure all mushrooms are covered with cream. Sprinkle with ground pepper if desired. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes. Mushrooms will shrink during baking.
Step 7
2-3 minutes before baking ends, sprinkle the mushrooms with grated cheese.
Step 8
The cheese will melt perfectly. Remove ready mushrooms in cream with cheese from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
