You can skip the salt, but it makes the cake taste brighter. Adjust the amount of regular sugar to your taste. Vanilla sugar can be replaced with vanilla.

Whisk the mixture until light bubbles appear.

Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Whisk everything until smooth. The baking powder can be replaced with baking soda.

Add the refined sunflower oil, odorless, and the water. Mix the batter again until smooth.

The batter should turn out fairly thick, but still pour easily. Depending on the quality of the flour, you may need a little more or a little less. Grease the bottoms of 2 mugs suitable for microwave heating with a small amount of sunflower oil.

I cooked the cakes in the microwave for 2 minutes at 800 watts. The time and power are approximate, because they depend on the power and features of your microwave, as well as the size of the mugs you use.

The cakes should rise well, feel springy when pressed, and not burn on the bottom. From this amount of ingredients, I got 2 cakes, each the size of a full dessert portion. My mugs were ordinary ceramic mugs with a capacity of 300 milliliters, about 10 fluid ounces. It is convenient to serve the dessert right in the mugs.
