Meat Sauce with Potatoes

Appetizing and rich in flavor! Impossible to resist! Sauce with meat and potatoes suits any table. It’s easy to prepare for a family lunch or can be served as a main dish for a special occasion. You can add extra vegetables if desired.

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can use any meat of your choice. I will be using pork. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them to remove any dirt.
Step 2
Cut the meat into pieces. Heat a pan until hot and add a little vegetable oil. Fry the meat for 5-7 minutes until it starts to brown.
Step 3
In another pan, fry the potatoes, cut into large chunks. They should also start to brown.
Step 4
While the meat and potatoes are frying, prepare the vegetables. Peel and slice the carrot into rounds. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into large pieces. Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 5
Transfer the fried potatoes to the pan with the meat.
Step 6
In the pan where the potatoes were fried, add the onion, carrot, and bell pepper. Fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes until they soften.
Step 7
Then, transfer the fried vegetables to the pan with the meat and potatoes. Add salt and spices to taste.
Step 8
Pour in hot water and stir everything. If you prefer a more liquid sauce, add more water. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer on low heat for 40-50 minutes. The meat should become tender.

The sauce with meat and potatoes is ready. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
