Meat Baked with Potatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse under running water. Use any meat; I will use pork. A bit of fat in the meat will make the dish juicier.
Step 2
Peel, rinse, and slice the onion into half-rings or slightly smaller. Cut the meat into small pieces.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine the meat and onion. Add mayonnaise and season with salt and spices to taste (I used ground pepper and a bit of paprika). Keep in mind mayonnaise already contains salt.
Step 4
Mix all ingredients and let marinate for at least 30-40 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the peeled potatoes into pieces and mix with the meat. The mayonnaise coating will prevent the potatoes from drying during baking.
Step 6
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the meat and potatoes inside. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40-50 minutes, adjusting time according to your oven.
Step 7
The dish will lightly brown, and the potatoes will become tender. Serve hot on plates. Enjoy your meal!
