Ground Meat with Egg in a Skillet

Preparation
Step 1
You can use ground meat from any type of meat - pork, beef, or chicken. You can also use a mix of different types.

Peel the onion and rinse it in cold water. Then finely chop the peeled onion. Heat a frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 1 minute until translucent.
Step 3
Add the prepared ground meat to the pan and mix it with the onion. Cook together for about 7-8 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and spices of your choice. I used a mix of ground pepper and paprika. The meat should change color completely and start to brown slightly.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix the egg with milk. I added a bit more spices to the egg mixture as well. Mix everything thoroughly using a whisk.
Step 5
Pour the egg mixture over the cooked ground meat. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook over low heat until fully set. This will take about 5-8 minutes.
Step 6
During cooking, the egg layer on top will set and dry slightly. Ground meat with egg is ready! Remove the pan from heat, divide the dish onto plates, and serve hot.
