Easy
About 20 min.
Preparation
Step 1
Use any type of ground meat; pork works well. Choose cheese to your taste. Use sour cream about 20% fat for a thicker consistency.
Step 2
Peel and rinse the onion, then chop finely. Heat a skillet with a bit of vegetable oil. Sauté the onion for about 1 minute until slightly translucent.
Step 3
Add the ground meat to the skillet with onions. Fry together for 5-6 minutes until the meat starts to brown.
Step 4
For the sour cream sauce, mix sour cream with water in a deep bowl. Grate cheese into the mixture and season with salt and spices.
Step 5
Transfer the cooked ground meat to a baking dish. No need to grease it, as the meat was cooked with oil.
Step 6
Sprinkle chopped fresh herbs over the meat (parsley, dill, or green onion).
Step 7
Pour the prepared sour cream and cheese mixture over the meat. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes. Adjust time based on your oven.
Step 8
The dish is ready! During baking, a little liquid will appear, and the cheese will brown slightly. Serve hot directly from the baking dish.
