Table of volume measurements:
- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Press cottage cheese through a sieve or blend until smooth. Wash chicken eggs thoroughly. Use sour cream with at least 20% fat.
Step 2
Place cottage cheese in a bowl, crack in two eggs, and mix well. Add semolina and sugar. For aroma, add 1 tsp lemon zest, vanilla sugar, or a pinch of vanilla. Blend or mix until smooth. Set the filling aside and prepare the batter.
Step 3
To make the batter, measure all ingredients. Sift flour to aerate it - this affects the fluffiness of the pie. Eggs should be at room temperature, so take them out of the fridge beforehand.
Step 4
Melt butter in the microwave or directly in the multicooker on the “Bake” setting. Once melted, grease the bowl with some butter, and pour the rest into a mixing bowl.
Step 5
In a bowl, beat two eggs with sugar using a mixer. You can replace sugar with a heat-resistant sweetener.
Step 6
Add sour cream and melted butter (save about 1 tbsp butter for greasing the multicooker). Mix well again with a mixer.
Step 7
Add baking soda, sift in cocoa powder, and mix. Gradually add flour, mixing thoroughly with a mixer or fork. Flour may vary in absorbency, so adjust the amount to reach the right consistency.
Step 8
The batter should be smooth, uniform, and as thick as sour cream.
Step 9
Grease the bottom and sides of the multicooker bowl with butter.
Step 10
Pour the chocolate batter into the bowl and smooth the surface with a silicone spatula.
Step 11
Spread the cottage cheese filling evenly on top of the batter. Bake using the Bake setting. In my pressure multicooker, the pie was ready in about 80 minutes. Adjust the time for your device. When the signal sounds, do not open the lid. Switch to Keep Warm for 20 minutes, then remove the pie.
Step 12
Dust the finished pie with powdered sugar. Decorate as you like - fresh mint leaves, berries, or grated dark chocolate. Serve with tea, coffee, cocoa, or warm milk.
