Preparation
Step 1
For the casserole, use moist cottage cheese pressed through a sieve. This will make the final dish very tender. You can also blend the cottage cheese with an immersion blender. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs.
Step 2
Add sugar, baking soda, and a pinch of salt to the bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Then add semolina and vanilla sugar to the mixture.
Step 4
Beat the entire cottage cheese mixture well with a mixer until the casserole batter is smooth. The consistency should resemble thick sour cream.
Step 5
Lightly grease the bowl of a multicooker with vegetable oil and pour in the prepared cottage cheese batter. Place the bowl in the multicooker, close the lid, and set to “Bake” for 40 minutes. Do not open the lid during baking.
Step 6
After baking, remove the casserole from the multicooker using the steaming bowl.
Step 7
Cut the casserole into portions, arrange on plates, and serve. Serve with jam, sour cream, or condensed milk. Enjoy!
