Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Step 2

Break the cookies into pieces and set aside.

Step 3

Place the cottage cheese and softened, room-temperature butter in a bowl.

Step 4

Blend with a hand blender until smooth and creamy.

Step 5

Then add the condensed milk and vanilla. Blend again until smooth.

Step 6

Add the broken cookies to the cottage cheese mixture. Mix well.

Step 7

Line your chosen mold or pan with plastic wrap and transfer the prepared mixture into it. Press it down gently with a spoon as you add it, then smooth the surface. Refrigerate for several hours until the dessert is firm.

Step 8

Cut into slices and serve. The dessert will soften at room temperature, so any leftovers should be stored in the refrigerator.
