Chinese Cabbage Salad with Chicken

Preparation
Step 1
Choose boneless chicken. Chicken fillet or drumstick meat works best. Select cheese that grates well and tastes good.

Rub chicken with salt and spices. Brush with olive oil. Let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Place the chicken on a hot skillet and fry on all sides for about 10-12 minutes. The meat will develop a nice golden crust. Remove cooked chicken and let it cool.

Remove the outer leaves from Chinese cabbage. Thinly shred the cabbage and place it in a large bowl.

Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut each tomato in half, remove the stem, and slice into large pieces. Add to the cabbage in the bowl.

Add finely chopped fresh herbs.

Slice the cooled chicken and add to the salad.

Add cheese grated on a grater.
Step 9
Dress the salad with olive oil. Season with salt, a little ground pepper, and dried herbs like basil. Mix all ingredients well. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve. Enjoy!
