Boil the chicken legs (leg quarters) over medium heat for about 30 minutes.

Chop the onion and garlic. Grate the carrot on a medium grater.

Sauté the onion, garlic, and carrot in olive oil until golden.

Once the chicken legs are cooked, let the meat cool and remove it from the bones.

Add the chicken meat, the sautéed vegetables, yogurt, and spices to a blender and blend until smooth.
