First, prepare the necessary ingredients with spices. Wash seven chicken drumsticks thoroughly, remove the skin, and cut to the bone on one side.
Step 2
Place the drumsticks in a deep bowl, add 1 tsp chicken seasoning, 1 tsp dried garlic, and salt to taste.
Step 3
Rub the seasoning well into each drumstick, mix by hand, and let them marinate for a while.
Step 4
Slice 300 g mushrooms thinly, place them in a dry pan, and cook on high heat, stirring until all liquid evaporates.
Step 5
Add a little vegetable oil to the mushrooms.
Step 6
Dice 2 potatoes into small cubes, add them to the pan with mushrooms, stir, and fry together on high heat for 9-10 minutes.
Step 7
Add ⅓ tsp nutmeg, ⅓ tsp coriander, 1-2 tsp sour cream, and salt to taste. Stir everything, transfer the filling to a bowl, and let cool.
Step 8
Heat a pan with some oil and fry the chicken drumsticks on all sides until cooked.
Step 9
Grate 30 g hard cheese into the cooled mushroom-potato filling.
Step 10
Cut a 500 g roll of puff pastry into 8 equal parts. Roll one part thinly into a long flat piece, cut into 3 mm strips, and cover with a napkin.
Step 11
Roll out each remaining piece into 2-3 mm thick squares.
Step 12
Place one fried drumstick in the center of a pastry square and add 1 heaping tbsp of the filling.
Step 13
Gather the edges of the pastry around the drumstick and seal them to form a pouch.
Step 14
Take one pastry strip, moisten with water, and tie it around the top of the pouch to secure.
