First, prepare the necessary products and spices for making tender chicken cutlets for lunch or dinner.

Take 500 g (about 1.1 lb) of chicken fillet, cut it into small cubes, and place into a deep bowl.

Add salt to taste, one finely chopped onion, and 1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning to the bowl with chicken.

Add 2 tablespoons of potato starch (you can replace with wheat flour or semolina), 1 teaspoon of paprika, and mix everything thoroughly.

In a separate small bowl, crack 1 egg, add 1 tablespoon of sour cream (15% fat), and whisk until smooth.

Pour the egg-sour cream mixture into the chicken mixture, stir well, and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes so the mixture absorbs the flavors.

After resting, stir the chicken mixture again before shaping cutlets.

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken mixture by spoonfuls into the skillet, forming cutlets of the desired size.

Fry the cutlets on both sides over medium heat until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side, depending on thickness).
