Easy
About 20 min.
Preparation
Step 1
You can use cans of any type of meat. I used pork stew. Ingredient proportions may vary to taste, but the buckwheat-to-water ratio should remain 1:2.
Step 2
Peel the onion and carrot, rinse under running water. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and finely chop the onion. Set the multicooker to the "Fry" mode and let the bowl heat until hot. Add a little vegetable oil, then add the prepared vegetables. Fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add the stew into the multicooker. Mix with the vegetables and heat for another 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Rinse the buckwheat several times in cold water and drain well. Transfer the buckwheat into the multicooker bowl and add the required amount of water. Season lightly with salt and ground black pepper. Switch the multicooker to the "Grain" mode for 25 minutes. Close the lid.
Step 5
After the set time, the multicooker will signal that the dish is ready. Open the lid, stir the contents, and serve. Place the buckwheat with stew onto plates and enjoy. Bon appétit!
