Easy
About 30 min.
Preparation
Step 1
You can use any mushrooms: wild, oyster, marinated champignons, etc. I will use fresh champignons. Choose cheese to your taste.
Step 2
Any oven-safe dish will work. I’ll use a ceramic one. Grease the dish with vegetable oil and arrange sliced chicken fillet in one layer. Lightly salt and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Peel and finely chop the onion. Rinse mushrooms under running water to remove dirt. Slice mushrooms into pieces or cubes. Heat a skillet with a bit of vegetable oil, sauté onion until translucent, then add mushrooms and fry with onion for 5-7 minutes. Add salt and spices to taste.
Step 4
Remove the dish with chicken from the oven, spread the sautéed mushrooms and onions evenly over the chicken.
Step 5
Spread sour cream evenly over the surface.
Step 6
Generously sprinkle grated cheese on top. Return the dish to the oven for another 20 minutes.
Step 7
During this time, chicken and mushrooms will cook fully. Sour cream will release some juices, and cheese will melt and slightly brown. Serve hot, optionally with fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
