Table of volume measurements:
- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
You can replace cherry tomatoes with a regular medium tomato. I used homemade tartlet shells.
Step 2
Wash and pat dry the chicken fillet. Cut it into small cubes.
Step 3
In a suitable-sized skillet, heat some vegetable oil. Sauté the chicken pieces over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and spices to taste. Cook until lightly golden. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Wash and dry the bell pepper and tomatoes. Dice the vegetables finely. Take the olives out of the jar and slice them into rounds. You can also use black olives.
Step 5
Wash, dry, and finely chop the herbs. Use as much as you prefer.
Step 6
Grate the cheese using a fine or coarse grater.
Step 7
Mix the cooked chicken pieces with mayonnaise.
Step 8
You can make tartlets with two types of filling. Divide the chicken mixture in half. Add chopped dill to one half and mix.
Step 9
Mix the other half of the chicken with chopped bell pepper and parsley.
Step 10
Fill some tartlets with the first filling (with dill). Top with cherry tomato slices and olive rings.
Step 11
Fill the remaining tartlets with the bell pepper filling.
Step 12
Sprinkle grated cheese over all the tartlets.
Step 13
Place the tartlets in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Baking time may vary depending on your oven.
Step 14
Serve the chicken tartlets warm or cooled. Enjoy!
