Keep in mind that all ovens are different. Cooking time and temperature may vary from what's stated in the recipe.
Preparation
Step 1
Use your favorite spices for the marinade. Flour is optional.
Step 2
Wash and peel the champignons. Place them on a kitchen towel to absorb excess moisture. Leave them for 15-20 minutes to fully dry. It’s important to dry them well - wet mushrooms will become watery during baking.
Step 3
Cut large mushrooms in half or quarters. Trim the stems.
Step 4
Peel the garlic and finely chop or press it.
Step 5
Prepare the marinade by mixing chopped garlic, vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt, and spices in a bowl.
Step 6
Pour the marinade over the mushrooms and gently mix. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Carefully coat the marinated mushrooms in flour (optional).
Step 8
Gently thread the mushrooms onto skewers. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Place the skewers on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Check doneness, flip if needed, and bake for another 10 minutes.
Step 9
Serve the baked mushrooms on or off the skewers. They are delicious both hot and cold. Enjoy!
