Yoghurt bark

This easy frozen yoghurt bark is a refreshing, customizable treat made with creamy yoghurt and your choice of toppings. Perfect for a healthy snack or light dessert, and it stores in the freezer for up to three months.

Preparation
Step 1
Line a large baking tray with greaseproof paper and spread the yoghurt evenly across the surface to form a smooth layer.
Step 2
Sprinkle your favorite berries (you can also add nuts) evenly over the yoghurt, drizzle maple syrup all over the surface.
Step 3
Then place the tray in the freezer for about 2 hours or until the yoghurt is completely frozen and firm.
Step 4
Once set, gently peel the yoghurt sheet off the paper and break it into shards. Transfer the pieces into a freezer-safe bag, seal tightly, and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
