- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. Sift the flour beforehand. The proportions of the toppings can be adjusted slightly according to taste.
Step 2
To make the yeast dough, combine the warm water with the dry yeast, salt and sugar. Stir well.
Step 3
Pour in the vegetable oil, then gradually add the flour while mixing the dough. Do not add all the flour at once, as you may need slightly more or less than stated. Adjust the amount according to the consistency of the dough.
Step 4
The finished yeast dough should be soft and pliable. Cover it with a towel and leave in a warm place for 40–60 minutes, until risen.
Step 5
This amount of dough makes 2 pizzas. Divide the dough in half and roll each piece into a circle approximately 10 inches in diameter. Spread the dough with ketchup.
Step 6
Arrange the sausage and sliced bell pepper over the prepared pizza bases.
Step 7
Add the sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese. Dot the top with a few small pieces of butter. Bake in an oven preheated to 375°F for approximately 12–15 minutes, adjusting the time to your oven.
Step 8
The finished pizza should be golden, with a slightly risen crust and melted cheese on top. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
