Yeast Pizza with Milk

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients for the dough. Use premium flour. Any vegetable oil will work - I used olive oil. Before buying yeast, check the instructions. We need instant yeast that mixes directly with the flour. This dough is also great for making pies and pastries.

Sift the flour into a bowl. Add salt and dry yeast.
Step 3
Pour in warm milk (98-104°F / 37-40°C) and mix the dough. While kneading, pour in olive oil. Knead until you get a uniform, soft, non-sticky dough, adding more flour if necessary.
Step 4
Depending on flour quality, you may need slightly more or less. If the dough is still sticky and requires much more flour than in the recipe, don’t overdo it - too much flour will make it dense and tasteless. Slight stickiness is fine and will go away during rising and rolling.
Step 5
Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour. I put it in a slightly warm oven - it rises beautifully. About 30 minutes before baking, preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C).

For the sauce, I used store-bought pizza tomato sauce. You can make your own if you prefer - blend peeled tomatoes with salt, pepper, and oregano. Use any toppings you like. I used sausage, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Choose any sausage you enjoy - slice it thinly or use pre-sliced.
Step 7
Wash the tomatoes and slice them into rounds.
Step 8
Slice or coarsely grate the cheese. For this recipe, you can use brined mozzarella, pizza mozzarella, or any melting cheese of your choice.
Step 9
Roll out the risen dough and shape it into a 10-12 inch (25-30 cm) circle to fit your pizza pan. I rolled it on parchment paper and transferred it to a baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce over the top and sprinkle with dried oregano.
Step 10
Add sliced sausage, tomato rounds, and cheese on top. Distribute evenly.
Step 11
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven at 410°F (210°C) for 10-15 minutes until done. Time and temperature are approximate - adjust based on your oven.
Step 12
Slice the finished pizza and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
