Yeast Pancakes with Milk and Eggs

Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients for making delicious lace pancakes with tiny holes.

For the batter, crack 3 eggs into a large bowl, then add 1 teaspoon salt.

Add 2 tablespoons sugar and mix everything together.

Pour in 80 ml vegetable oil.

Add 200 ml warm boiled water and mix well.

Sift 300 g wheat flour into the bowl, then add 5 g fast-acting dry yeast.

Mix thoroughly and knead the batter until combined.

Pour in 350 ml warm milk.

Stir well to dissolve the thick base into the milk, then cover the bowl and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour.

After an hour, stir the batter again, cover, and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes more.

Heat a skillet and grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil, then set the heat to medium.

Depending on the skillet size, ladle in the needed amount of batter.

Fry the pancakes on both sides until done.

Transfer the cooked pancakes to a plate.
