Preparation
Step 1
How do you make yeast dough with sour milk? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the yeast dough. They should all be at room temperature. The sour milk can be warmed slightly until just lukewarm. This helps the yeast ferment more actively.
Step 2
Dissolve the dry yeast in a small amount of warm water with sugar. Let it stand for 2–3 minutes so the yeast wakes up and fermentation begins.
Step 3
Pour the yeast mixture into the bowl in which you will knead the dough. Add the warm sour milk.
Step 4
Add a pinch of salt and the vegetable oil to the dough. Sift the flour through a sieve to aerate it, and gradually add it to the dough as you knead.
Step 5
Knead the yeast dough this way. It will be slightly sticky to the hands. Place the finished dough in a warm place and cover it with a towel. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Step 6
The dough will rise very actively.
Step 7
Use it to make delicious baked goods. Enjoy cooking!
