Whipped Cream Frosting with Powdered Sugar and Vanilla
A simply wonderful cream for culinary creations. Cream made from whipping cream and powdered sugar can be used to decorate cakes, pastries, other baked goods, and various desserts. The cream is very light, truly airy, has a delicate vanilla aroma, and holds its shape well. Before making it, the cream should be well chilled so it whips better, and it is also best to chill the whipping tools.

Easy
About 10 min.
Preparation
Step 1
Place the mixing bowl and whisk in the freezer and leave them there for 30 minutes.
Step 2
After that time, take the whipping tools out of the freezer, pour the cream into the bowl, and beat it with a mixer at the lowest speed.
Step 3
When the mixture becomes a little thicker, after about 1–2 minutes of beating, add the powdered sugar and vanilla. Continue beating without increasing the speed. Add only a very small amount of vanilla, literally just a pinch. Vanilla can be replaced with vanilla sugar.
Step 4
Beat the mixture until whisk marks begin to remain on the surface. This is the signal to stop beating, otherwise the cream can be overwhipped and turn into butter.
