Easy
About 10 min.
Preparation
Step 1
You can add vegetables to taste, e.g., red or regular onions, celery, etc. For a colorful dish, use peppers of different colors. Use any vegetable oil suitable for frying.
Step 2
Wash, dry, and remove seeds and stems from bell peppers. Cut into thin strips.
Step 3
Wash dill and parsley, shake off excess water, and chop finely. You can also add or replace with cilantro, green onions, or a mix of herbs.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add bell peppers and fry, stirring, 2-3 minutes. Peppers should soften slightly but keep shape and bright color.
Step 5
Add pressed garlic cloves to the skillet. Season with salt. Fry together for 1 minute, stirring. Remove from heat.
Step 6
Add chopped herbs and mix.
Step 7
Transfer the peppers to a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately while warm. Optionally, add soft cheese such as mozzarella, feta, brinza, or ricotta. Enjoy!
