- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Toast the walnuts in a small pan over medium heat until they deepen in color and release a nutty aroma. Once toasted, set them aside to cool, then roughly chop.
Step 2
While the walnuts are cooling, combine the mayonnaise, yoghurt, and mustard in a bowl. Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Step 3
Slice the apples into matchsticks and place them in a bowl with a squeeze of lemon juice to prevent browning, mixing gently to coat. Add the celery and grapes to the apples.
Step 4
Quarter the lettuces into wedges and arrange them on a large serving platter.
Step 5
To the bowl with the apples, add half of the toasted walnuts and half of the Stilton cheese. Pour over the prepared dressing and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
Step 6
Spoon the dressed apple mixture over the lettuce wedges and finish by scattering the remaining Stilton and walnuts on top. Serve immediately.
