More than 1 hour.
Preparation
Step 1
How to bake turkey fillet in a roasting sleeve? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Choose fresh turkey fillet that has not been frozen. If the meat has been frozen, it will lose juices during thawing and turn out dry after baking. Rinse the meat under running water and pat it dry thoroughly with paper towels. French mustard works perfectly for the marinade.
Step 2
Take a small deep bowl and combine the mustard and paprika. Add a little vegetable oil.
Step 3
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Add the chopped garlic and a little salt to the bowl. For marinating you can use either fresh garlic or dried; I prefer fresh. If you like spicy dishes, add a bit of chili pepper to the marinade. Mix all the marinade ingredients until smooth.
Step 4
Now it’s time to marinate the meat. Place the turkey fillet into the prepared marinade and coat it well on all sides. Leave the turkey like this for 1-3 hours to marinate.
Step 5
It’s best to use a metal baking dish. Avoid glass or ceramic, since there is no direct contact with the food and the dish may crack from overheating. Place the marinated turkey fillet into a roasting sleeve together with the marinade and tie the ends. Ties or clips are usually included in the package with the sleeve. Put the dish into an oven preheated to 180 °C (about 355 °F) and bake for 40-50 minutes, adjusting to your oven.
Step 6
If the fillet is large, it will need more time to bake. Take the cooked meat out of the roasting sleeve. You can serve this turkey hot, or let it cool and serve it as a cold appetizer.
Step 7
Slice the turkey into pieces and enjoy!
