Easy
About 30 min.
Preparation
Step 1
Grind turkey meat through a meat grinder to make mince. You can also use store-bought mince, but homemade ensures better quality.
Step 2
Soak white bread in milk and let it sit until it softens completely.
Step 3
Place the turkey mince into a large bowl. Peel and rinse an onion in cold water. You can grind it together with the meat or finely chop it. Add the onion to the bowl.
Step 4
Squeeze out the soaked bread, grind it, and add it to the turkey mince. The bread will make the cutlets softer and juicier. Add one egg.
Step 5
Add a little salt and mix everything thoroughly until smooth. If the mixture is too runny, add a bit of semolina. Lightly beat the mixture against the bottom of the bowl so it becomes denser and the cutlets don’t fall apart.
Step 6
Heat a frying pan with a little vegetable oil. With wet hands, form small cutlets, coat them in breadcrumbs, and place in the pan. Lightly fry on both sides just until golden.
Step 7
Then add a bit of hot water to the pan, cover with a lid, and let simmer on low heat for about 2-3 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Step 8
The turkey cutlets come out tender and soft - perfect for kids. Serve them with pasta or vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
