Turkey burgers

- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Place the turkey mince in a large mixing bowl. Take the grated courgette and squeeze it in handfuls to remove as much liquid as possible, then add it to the bowl. Add the dried herbs, bicarbonate of soda, chilli flakes, capers, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Step 2
Divide the mixture into four portions and shape into burger patties. Transfer them to a baking tray lined with baking parchment, cover, and refrigerate.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 240C. Remove the burgers from the fridge and lightly spray each with oil. Bake on the top shelf of the oven for approximately 12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Step 4
Place each meat pattie on your favorite burger buns and serve it with fries. Additionally, you can use tomatoes, rocket and cheese, to finish the burger.
