Traditional Butter Oatmeal Cookies
Homemade cookies are quick to make, tasty, and wholesome. The recipe is simple and fast. The amount of sugar is reduced. All ingredients are basic and easy to find. Even a child can manage it, as long as a blender, mixer, and oven are used carefully.

Prepare the ingredients.

Blend the soaked and dried raisins in a blender.
Step 3
Mix the butter, sugar, raisins, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon.

Add the oat flour and the water in which the salt has been dissolved. Mix well. Then add the all-purpose flour with the baking powder.

Mix until the dough becomes smooth and uniform.

Shape the dough into a ball.
Step 7
Transfer it to a surface prepared for rolling.

Roll the dough into a sheet 5 mm, about 1/4 inch, thick.

Using a round cutter 45 mm, about 1 3/4 inches, in diameter, cut out circles.

Place the pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10-12 minutes.

Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool. You can serve them right away or store them in an airtight container. Enjoy your meal!
