Preparation
Step 1
How do you make thin-crust pizza without yeast in the oven? Measure out the necessary ingredients for the dough. Warm the water until it is slightly warm.
Step 2
Sift the flour through a sieve into a wide bowl in which it will be convenient to knead the dough. Thanks to sifting, it will be enriched with oxygen, and the finished dough will turn out more tender.
Step 3
In a separate plate, beat the egg with a fork or whisk until smooth.
Step 4
Make a well in the flour, pour in the beaten egg, and mix slightly.
Step 5
Add the warm water.
Step 6
Then pour in the olive oil so that the dough becomes softer and more elastic.
Step 7
Mix everything first with a spoon, then knead the dough with your hands. Keep in mind that you may need a little less or a little more flour. The dough should be soft and should not stick to your hands. Wrap it in plastic wrap or cover it with a towel and leave it to rest for 30 minutes. During this time, the gluten will swell and the dough will become more pliable.
Step 8
For the tomato sauce, you can use any spices and herbs you like. You can replace the homemade sauce with ketchup or another sauce option.
Step 9
Peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices.
Step 10
In a small frying pan, lightly heat the olive oil and add the garlic slices. Simmer the garlic over low heat, turning it, for about 1 minute. This will give the oil a light savory aroma. If you want a stronger flavor in the sauce, you can chop the garlic more finely or grate it. Remove the garlic from the pan.
Step 11
Add the tomato paste to the pan and stir. Heat the paste over low heat for about 1 minute, stirring.
Step 12
Pour water into the pan and stir.
Step 13
Add salt, sugar, and basil, then stir again. Bring the sauce to a boil.
Step 14
Simmer the sauce over low heat until thickened, about 5-7 minutes, stirring from time to time. Remove the pan from the heat, cover with a lid, and let the sauce infuse a little.
Step 15
Prepare the ingredients for the topping. They can be anything you like, depending on your taste and wishes. Use the prepared tomato sauce cooled. You can use any cheese. Turn the oven on to 200°C (400°F) in advance.
Step 16
Roll the dough into a thin round sheet and form small edges. It is convenient to do this directly on parchment paper.
Step 17
Brush the dough with olive oil.
Step 18
Then spread the tomato sauce over it.
Step 19
Cut the smoked pork loin, sausage, or bacon into thin slices and arrange them evenly over the dough.
Step 20
Wash the mushrooms, dry them, and cut them into thin slices. Add the mushrooms to the topping.
Step 21
Wash the tomato, dry it, and cut it into thin rounds. Place the tomato rounds on the topping.
Step 22
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 23
Sprinkle the pizza on top with the grated cheese.
Step 24
Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned. The exact cooking time and temperature may be different for you.
Step 25
Cut the pizza into portions and serve. Enjoy your meal!
