Teriyaki salmon

This quick and flavorful teriyaki salmon recipe pairs pan-seared salmon with a sticky ginger-chilli sauce and fresh coriander noodles for a vibrant, satisfying meal ready in minutes.

Preparation
Step 1
Heat a little olive oil in a pan and gently fry the finely chopped ginger, garlic, and chilli (you can use green or red chilli) until aromatic. Add the lime zest and juice, followed by soy sauce and maple syrup. Cook the mixture for about 1 minute, or until it reduces and turns sticky.
Step 2
At the same time, pan-fry the salmon pieces in a hot griddle pan for 2 minutes on each side until nicely seared.
Step 3
Once the teriyaki sauce has thickened, transfer the salmon into the sauce pan to coat and finish cooking.
Step 4
Boil and drain the noodles, then toss them with sesame oil, seasoning, chopped coriander, and a squeeze of lime. Serve the glazed salmon on top of the noodles and garnish with more fresh coriander.
