Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together Tabasco sauce (if you don't like Tabasco, you can skip it), honey, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
Step 2
Remove bone from the chicken thighs, slice the meat into strips and add it to the sauce, stir to coat, and let marinate for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, reserving the liquid, and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, until fully cooked. Transfer the chicken to a plate and keep warm.
Step 4
Pour the reserved marinade into the pan and boil rapidly for a few minutes until slightly reduced and glossy.
Step 5
Serve the chicken slices topped with the sticky sauce, alongside rice.
