Tartlets with Cheese and Cucumber

A simple and tasty appetizer for any table! Tartlets with cheese and cucumber are a dish that will decorate any festive spread. They take very little time to prepare. The filling can be made in advance, and various vegetables or fresh herbs can be used for decoration.

Step 1
The quantities and proportions are approximate, so you can adjust the amount of each ingredient to taste.

Boil the eggs in advance. To do this, place them in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs under cold water. Once cooled, peel the eggs.

Grate the eggs and cheese on a medium grater into a small bowl. Choose any cheese you like, as long as it grates easily.

Cut the fresh cucumber into small cubes and add to the bowl with eggs. Peel a couple of garlic cloves. Add salt and a little ground pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise and mix all ingredients until well combined.
Step 5
Fill the ready-made tartlet shells with the cheese and egg mixture.

For decoration, use bell peppers and fresh herbs. The tartlets with cheese and cucumber are ready! Place them on a serving plate and enjoy. Bon appétit!
