- tablespoon - 20 ml

Preparation
Step 1
Blend the sweetcorn, coconut milk, and garlic until smooth, then strain into a saucepan.
Step 2
Stir in the stock and bring to a gentle simmer.
Step 3
Meanwhile, coat the chicken in sesame oil and seeds, season, and pan-fry until golden and cooked through.
Step 4
Serve the hot soup in bowls topped with slices of the sesame chicken, and finish with a scattering of red chilli and coriander for a vibrant, flavourful dish.
